Ja’Vonne Harley is Producer and Host of Traveling Culturati and president of Advantage International, a destination management company. She possesses over 10 years of Broadcasting and over 30 years of experience in Event Management, Marketing, and Destination Management.

Traveling Culturati, a one-hour radio show all about the culture of travel. It airs four days a week on H.U.R. Voices on Sirius XM Channel 141. Ja’Vonne created the show’s format, develops the content of the show, writes the script for the shows video production and produces the shows digital recordings. Traveling Culturati is produced in the studio and is often live from locations around the world highlighting the destination and the travelers’ experience.

Ja’Vonne co-founded Advantage International, LLC, an event and travel management company specializing in event, incentive, and specialty group programs. Under her leadership, Advantage International, LLC has designed programs and events for private industry, local and federal government and civic organizations and has developed NTR (Non-Traditional Revenue) ideas and programs for ABC Radio, CBS Radio, Clear Channel Communications, Radio One, WHUR FM and numerous independent radio stations.

Ja’Vonne is a dynamic entrepreneur who has approached her career without walls being innovative and utilizing her creative and marketing skills to build her business and work with her clients from concept to completion with a solid plan of action.
